Ejom operates a managed fulfillment model — our team collects products from vendors and ships them to you internationally via trusted courier partners.
1. Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs depend on your destination, the size and weight of your items, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping — $8
Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days. Cost-effective option for non-urgent orders.
Express Shipping — $18
Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days. Faster delivery via priority air freight.
Priority Shipping — $35
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. Fastest option with full tracking and priority handling.
Delivery times are estimates and exclude customs clearance time. Remote locations may take longer.
3. Order Processing
After your order is placed, here's what happens:
- Day 1: Order confirmation sent to you. Vendor is notified to prepare the item.
- Days 1-3: Vendor prepares the item and marks it ready for collection.
- Days 3-5: Our team collects items from the vendor and prepares the international shipment.
- Day 5+: Shipment dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and can view it on your order detail page. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Your local customs office can provide information on rates for your country. We recommend checking before ordering high-value items.
6. Packaging
All items are inspected and packed by our team in Accra before international shipment. We use eco-friendly packaging where possible and ensure fragile items are properly protected.
7. Partial Shipments
If your order contains items from multiple vendors, we may ship them separately as they become ready. You will receive a shipping notification for each package with its own tracking number.
8. Delivery Issues
Package not received but tracking shows delivered
Check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days at hello@ejom.app.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If we've already shipped to an incorrect address you provided, we cannot offer a refund.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the damaged package and contents immediately, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
